BoardConnect is a service designed to support the boards of arts and cultural organisations in Queensland: the first ongoing governance support service available to the arts.

Initiated by Brisbane consultant firm, Positive Solutions, a successful pilot period was conducted in 2008-09, supported by Arts Queensland.  At the conclusion of the pilot, the Premier and Arts Minister announced a further two years’ funding support for BoardConnect from August 2009.  For more information about this announcement, click through to our End of pilot event section.

BoardConnect has developed a series of public programs and support services.  These include services such as the Confidential Help-line, Board Pulse and Board Diagnostic, as well as a range of resource material in the form of Fact Sheets.
